The weekend party rooms fill up fast, so we suggest booking as early as possible. Open seating parties are available in many cases the day of the party. Weekday event openings can be booked as late as the week of the party, if space is available, and we offer discounts for parties booked during the weekday.

We suggest that you visit our “parties tab” on the website and review all of the party options. You can book online or call us to discuss your party needs and theme options with a party professional trained in how to make your child’s birthday, a memory that will last a lifetime. We require a 50% deposit of the party price at the time of booking and we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, checks and cash. The balance is due after KidZ check in when the final head count is determined.

Your 50% deposit is refundable if the event is canceled 30 days prior to the party date. If the party is cancelled within 30 days then the deposit is non-refundable but can be directed to a future party or redeemed for in house purchases.

The Zamba Jamba and the Super Saver Zamba Ramba both come with your own ZAMBA Party Host who will help coordinate the details and setting up your private party area. The Zamba Mini Jam and the Zamba Kool kidZ Lucky 7 do not have dedicated Party Hosts.

Each party type has a standard guest count. Please call for custom pricing for extra large parties.

For the Zamba Jamba and Super Saver Zamba Ramba , our Zamba Party Hosts are at your service. We will do EVERYTHING to make your party perfect and memorable. Your party host will set-up and serve your cake and pizza as well as help the guest of honor with their presents and provide a gift list from your guests for you. We take care of everything from start to finish!!!

Additional pizza, drinks and other delicious food items are available for adult guest ordering under our optional items menu.

Please call if you have any special food requirements (food allergy issues)and our staff will work to accommodate you. Please let know far enough in advance to assist you.

Tipping is greatly appreciated. If you feel your Zamba Host has done a great job please feel free to add a tip to your invoice.

For your convenience we have agreements with food suppliers and pizza companies to deliver you with top quality food for your party. We can take care of all your pizza, drink and special food requirements. When you order food from us we will provide all the paper products you need.  We do allow baby food.  

We can accommodate additional guests and food orders the day of the party. The turnaround time is 45 minutes to an hour so you can order additional food while the KidZ are playing.

It is best if you plan to arrive at your allocated party time or 10 minutes early. Our Zamba Host will take care of all the party set-up and clean-up so you don't need to. Just arrive with your guests and you will meet your party host.  We suggest that your guests have a 10 minute window to arrive (As many guests may be late.) This way all of your party guests will be there when your party starts, to hear the rules and get your child's full play time. During the last 30 minutes of your 2 hour party block, your Zamba Host will take care of serving the birthday cake and ice cream.

Yes. There is no need to fill out separate waivers for each member of your family. Just put all their information on one waiver. We have extra waivers at the facility if you need them.

Your guest should bring their signed waivers, gift with description and a pair of socks (yes, socks are required and everyone must have a pair). Zamba sells socks for those that may forget. It is recommended that the kids wear loose fitting clothes with no zippers or hooks and jewelry is not allowed on the inflatables.
